If there's note-worthy wine restaurant in Cebu that I have visited that is La Vie Parisienne located at Salinas Drive in Lahug. This French inspired restaurant serves imported wines, french bakery and deli for a very reasonable price. As you enter the resto you get to smell the buttery dough that will surely lure your hungry stomach. One of my most favorite that they have is their super delicious croissant for only "get this" P25! The dough is being prepared abroad particularly in France and then baked at the said resto. How awesome is that! I tell you, you can never go wrong with this wine restaurant.
One of the coolest thing they have is their wine library. You will be in total awe when you get inside of it. I'm not really a fan of wine nor I drink one for personal reason but I totally enjoyed the place and the croissant. The exterior of the whole place from the outside isn't enticing. But behold once you get inside, you'll definitely feel a whole different vibe. If you haven't been to this place, you have to see it for yourself.
Like I mentioned, I don't drink wine that contains alcohol so para maka join lang sa picture I grabbed one glass of wine and held it for picture sake lol.
Cheers guyz for a happy sinulog!
Sinfully delicious! The crusty flaky outer layer, then a soft buttery interior is just a hit for me.
Their French macaron is a winner! I haven't tried macarons yet and for the very first time I was impressed by the taste of it. A crusty exterior yet very chewy cookie. A must try!
Just to share to ya'll.. We couldn't stay longer in a huge crowded place during sinulog so we decided to transfer to la vie parisenne just to chill and relax our tiring feet. And it turns out to be a good choice! I just realized during our entire stay in the said resto. There are so many hidden gems in Cebu, just explore and you'll find it. Happy Sinulog!
