My cousin chose Isla reta for our outing since they've been there numerous times and they always find the island very interesting. For this getaway, we prepared food for our trip, most of them were sea foods and water. On the day of our trip we woke up a bit late and it was raining that day so we were a bit anxious about what will going to happen. Good thing on our way to the Wharf the sun shines upon us, wohooo! It was 12pm when we got to the port and there's only one boat which was about to leave, whew.
Boat schedules: 10:00 AM
12:30 PM

From Davao City, you can go to Sta. Ana Wharf located right beside Magsaysay park. When you get to the Wharf you can ask the coast guards or any local as to which boat is going to Talicud Island. Fare is around P80 per head. Travel time usually is an hour. The resort have a number of open cottages and closed one They don't have an aircondition room and wifi. Many of the vsitors to the island normally go on a tent and if you don't have one they also have one for rent for P400 excluding the pillow the and blanket. The room that we stayed was P800 pesos good for four person. You get to enjoy the beach in a lower price.
