When I think of LA there's a lot of people and places that comes to my mind. It's a place where most famous people are. Places where movies are being filmed. Basically, the city of angel is a big universal studio for hollywood.
After a whole day of figuring out how to use my newly version of sony vegas editor and another half day just to upload it in 720p HD version for an almost five minutes video is such a pain haha. But looking on the video over and over again reminds me of our travel going to Los Angeles is worth my patience. I couldn't wait to share to you guys the Teaser of my video documentary from our US Tour. Enjoy!
I'd like to give kudos to the people behind the kitchen of Hsi Lai temple for really making an effort to provide us a very exceptional vegetarian food ala americano. I can really say there's a difference when it comes to the food preparation of Hsi Lai temple in LA versus the vegetarian food in Taiwan. I guess it's also for them to cater American buddhists since they have daily buffet in the temple which is open for everyone for a minimal fee only.
After breakfast we went outside for our tour around the temple. The guy wearing a yellow vest is our official tour guide at Hsi Lai temple. Sorry I forgot his name. He's also a buddhist. He shared to us a lot of very interesting informations about the history of hsi lai temple and also taught us the right way to meditate.
This probably catches my attention. According to our tour guide, the different facial and emotion expression that can be seen on the faces of the statues represents our first facial expression when we were still kids. So if you want to look happy and young when you get old better use the right facial expression.
