I'm very lucky to interview the lovely owner of Love Yoga World who's also practicing yoga herself, Mary Deen. I asked her the most basic question, what is yoga for her? She answered, "yoga is not all about physical fitness, it's about feeling good about yourself and how you deal with your everyday living. Patience will always be a virtue and with yoga you tend to gain more and more patience". My follow up question for her was, what's your long-term goal for the business. She replied, "Whatever goes, I live on that idea". We need to cut short our interview as the beginners class was about to start. With her answers, I just thought that this yoga fitness will surely make my patience even longer haha. Patience, patience and more patience for me lol.
